The annual Showcase provides an opportunity for pro-am couples, amateur couples, and group formations to perform.

Solo Entry Fees:

  • Pro/Am Couples: $35 per routine for current Amateur USA Dance member, $40 per routine for non-member, no charge for Pro's
  • Am/Am Couples: $35 per routine if both dancers are current USA Dance members, $40 per routine if one dancer is a non-member

Formation Entry Fees:

  • $12 per Amateur current USA Dance member
  • $15 per Amateur non-member
  • No charge for Pro's in formations


Admission tickets are NOT included in the entry fees. Everyone MUST purchase admission tickets either at the door or online prior to the event.

  • $10 for current adult USA Dance members
  • $12 for adult non-members
  • Spectators under 13 are free
  • Pro's with participating students are free

Entry late fees:

  • $10 per solo routine, an additional $25 per formation routine
  • Late entries will be placed in the schedule at our discretion wherever they will fit

Refund Policy:

  • 100% refund if you notify by Feb 29th; a 50% refund if we are notified up to March 12th. No refunds if cancelled on day of event.

Performance Guidelines

  • Performances are limited to professional/amateur, amateur/amateur, and formation team entries.
  • Please be tasteful in your selection of performance as the Showcase is a family event.
  • The maximum time allotted per entry is: SOLOS, 2.5 minutes; and FORMATIONS, 4 minutes.

Event Registration

Please list each entry separately and in order of preference! We hope to accommodate any number of performances that an amateur dancer would like to enter; however, we also need to be sure to allow time for everyone who wants to participate to have an opportunity to be involved in the Showcase. So, if the number of routines entered in the entire program exceeds the time available for the day, we will make sure every entrant's primary routines are allocated time in the order that you send them to us as listed on your entry form.

We will refund all entry fees for any routine that we can't accommodate in the program.

Our entry fee refund policy for cancellations is: a 100% refund if you notify us at least 1 week prior to the event; a 50% refund if you notify us during the week of the event, including the event day.

Each routine needs to be labeled as to level (Newcomer, Bronze, Silver, Gold or Open) as well as to the style (American, International, Country/Western, or Theater Arts/Cabaret).

Vending and Advertising Opportunities

Interested in being a vendor at the Showcase? $50 per table

Interested in advertising in the program? $25 for a half page or $40 for a full page. Email us at Deadline to submit ad content is Saturday, March 5th.

All advertisements must be professional quality, 'camera-ready', and received no later than Saturday, March 5th, 2016 in order to meet our printing schedule. A full page ad is 7.5" x 10" with 1/2 inch margin (no bleed), black & white. Camera ready photo screen ruling should be 85 Ipi or coarser.
