Dance Host Program for our Sunday Social Dances and for our new Third Friday Ballroom dances at Joyful Ballroom! If you are interested in being a dance host, contact a USA Dance Denver Board member or email the volunteer chair at 
Expectations of a dance host:
  1. The dance host will dance for at least two hours of the dance
  2. The dance host will dance with all available women before asking the same woman to dance again
  3. The dance host will focus on dancing each dance
  4. Dance hosts will wear business casual or more formal attire if they choose
  5. Dance hosts will get into the dance for free and will receive 2 hours of volunteer credit time at each social dance they work
  6. Dance hosts will wear a dance host name tag and will be scheduled to host ahead of the event date. 
  1. The dance host will dance at an intermediate level or above
  2. The dance host should know Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Cha Cha, Rumba, and Swing. Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, West Coast Swing, Hustle, Bolero and Night Club Two Step would be pluses.
